Endoscopy normal working hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with coverage outside these hours by a designated endoscopy technician and the on-call OR nurse. Endoscopy does not require anesthesia, but does require sedation.

The department consists of two procedure rooms, an ERCP room, and a pre-/post-procedure observation area. Endoscopic services include EGD, colonoscopy, PEG placement, ERCP, bronchoscopy, thorocentesis, paracentesis, TEE, Bravo, Tilt Testing, Echo with contrast. An RN who will follow you throughout your care from endoscopy to radiology for liver and renal biopsies.
