Outpatient Rehabilitation
Outpatient Rehabilitation serves orthopedic, neurological, degenerative diseases, wound care, pediatrics, work related treatment, language and swallowing disorders patients of all ages.

Our equipment includes: Cybex testing equipment (used to assess ROM, muscle strength and consistency of effort, Baltimore Therapeutic Work Simulator (utilized in return to work testing and simulation as well as UE strengthening, treadmills, stairmasters, bikes, traction, ultrasound, phonophoresis, electrical stimulation.

Physical Therapy uses modalities of heat, cold, electricity, water, sound, massage, therapeutic exercise, and patient and family education to maintain or improve physical functional abilities, alleviation of pain, and barriers to the healing process.

Occupational Therapy provides services to people whose lives have been disrupted by physical injury or illness, developmental problems, the aging process, social or psychological difficulties. Occupational therapy provides services utilizing the modalities including activities of daily living fine and gross motor coordination, therapeutic exercise, splint fabrication, adaptive equipment training and therapeutic exercise. Emphasis is placed on promoting functional independence of each patient.

Speech Therapy evaluates and treats disorders involving cognitive and motor disabilities of speech, swallowing, and communication of patients upon the referral of a medical doctor. Speech therapists also develop supplementary language systems through augmentative and alternate communication devices.
