Upon arrival to the hospital, all outpatient Laboratory patients need to report to the admission/Registration desk so that personal and billing information can be entered into our computer system. All patients requesting lab work to be drawn must have a written physician order for testing and this order must include your diagnosis/symptom. Photo identification and insurance information is also required to complete your registration. Because we are very concerned with patient safety, you will be fitted with a patient identification armband that will include the patients name and date of birth.

After patient demographics have been successfully entered into the computer system, the patient will be directed to the outpatient collection station located on the first floor of the hospital. All patient results will be sent to the ordering physician following completion of testing.

The laboratories at all of our facilities offer a comprehensive range of services and use state-of-the-art equipment and computer systems in performing analysis of specimens.

Our staff is dedicated to provide our customers with the most accurate and dependable services possible, while focusing on the physical and emotional needs of our patients…because we truly care.
