Insurance Claims
Once your treatment has been completed our Business Office will bill your health insurance for you. We may need your assistance if your health insurance company requests additional information. After your insurance company processes your healthcare claim you should receive an explanation of benefits (EOB) from your insurance that shows the amount billed , the amount paid and any remaining amount due.

If you do not have any insurance please feel free to contact our office for financial assistance screening including SSI and State Assistance.

Hospital Bills and Physicians Bills
When receiving services you will receive a bill for the hospital services as well as for the physician. Please contact the individual physician's offices for an explanation of any questions you may have regarding their services.
