Through the efforts of Governor Joe Manchin, State Senator Earl Ray Tomblin and others the Groundbreaking for our new ER and Women's Center is taking place today." "Logan Regional has become a premier medical center since LifePoint Hospitals, Inc. purchased the hospital in December 2002." William M. Gracey, Chief Operating Officer for LifePoint Hospitals, Inc., greeted the large crowd with these remarks: "To have a top notch hospital it takes dedicated employees and supportive community leaders. Our mission is to serve our community and to provide you with the best health care…I can say with full confidence we are achieving our goal, and I am proud of the accomplishments of our talented people who made this happen today."
